1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return most items purchased from Shopping Heist within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary goods, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Shoppingheist27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
    3. Ship the Item: Please pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.


 Refunds
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery).

  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, gift cards and any items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at Shoppingheist27@gmail.com 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Shoppingheist27@gmail.com 

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
